RESEARCH-Evaluation

Firstly, I'm going to be talking about the 'planning' stage of the prelim. As a group we had to discuss what, who, why we had to do, For example; who's going to be who, why are they going to be it. That was pretty straight forward for us because noone argued on what to do we just figured it out straight away, which was good because we consumed time. Furthermore, most importantly we had to discuss about the dialogue and how we're going to say it. Also, as a good we decided to record on my iphone's camera so we can get an understanding and so the group understands what mistakes we would make and we wont do the same mistakes whiles recording on the real camera. Additionally, moving onto 'Filming' we went over many skills such as; cutaway, reverse shot, over shoulder shot and most importantly the 180* shot this was the main skill for us to cover because it was important that was didn't break the 180* rule. As a team everyone we was mainly good at filming because everyone was committed and wanted the best mark. However, we wasn't so good at editing because we never used the editing software so we had to get used to it. In addition, if i was to take the project again i would have taken more part in recording+ acting because i never took part in recording i was just acting. Finally, i found it pretty important that we wrote down the shots so when it came to filming we wont forget to use them, also we can understand many shot-lists because we wrote them down so its in our minds.
